The review process will use an electronic submission web site (expected by April 15th), so please do not mail paper copies for review. Check back to the conference website for details. If accepted, we will need camera-ready paper copies.

Layout guidelines for your camera ready copy

The GROUP’97 Proceedings are the records of the conference. We hope to give the book a single, high-quality appearance. To do this, we ask you to follow the GROUP'99 layout guidelines. We have prepared these guidelines as:

• an HTML page
• a Word 6.0 example document
• a sample document in PostScript
• a LaTex template. (many thanks to Hemang Lavana and Franc Brglez for developing this template!)

Please note:  It is of particular importance that you leave sufficient space in the lower left corner of the first column on the first page for ACM to fill in the copyright information.  There is an absolut 10 page maximum on your paper.

Copyright Forms

ACM Copyright Form: please print this form, sign it and return it with you camera ready copy. It is necessary that we receive this form together with you paper.
